These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you as the user ("Player") and vpower68, an online casino and sports betting platform operating under international licensing. Players agree to:

• The player is found to have registered multiple accounts.
• Intentional abuse of promotions or bonuses has occurred.

Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting the vpower68 support team via live chat or email. Any valid and eligible balance will be returned to the player after the review is completed, subject to all active conditions being met.

vpower68 and its related parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Any damages arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing due to disruptions from third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Continued use of the vpower68 platform after an amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not agree with the changes made should stop using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations under the licensing jurisdiction that issued the operating licence to vpower68. Any disputes will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant licensing authority.
